  1. It’s important to be active, the more active we are, the more we will be able to change things. There is success in numbers.
  2. There is much more to being a dermatologist than doing shift work.
  3. Build relationships with legislators and their aides, other Dermatologists and the house of medicine. Go to meetings and fundraisers. The more people you have on your side, the better.
